Domestic purchases are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received. USPS is our preferred method of shipping an should arrive within 3 business days.
If there is a pre-order item in your shopping cart at the time of checkout, your items will not be shipped until the release date of the pre-order. To avoid this,
place regular orders separately from pre-orders.
We do ship worldwide however we are not responsible for any fees including custom fees incurred for the delivery of your items. Please be aware that international shipping can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Please make sure to double check your address. If your item is returned as undeliverable due to an address error, you will have to pay shipping again to receive your package.
We are not responsible for damaged items during shipping. We take extra caution to package your purchase securely so it will not be damaged, however, we can not be held responsible for packages once they enter the shipping process.
